Peach brandy day one

So I told the guys on my line about my millions of peaches and one says "hey you can make peach brandy in a 10x10 cell, I bet you can make it even better at home" So cross your fingers ladies and gents I am attempting to make peach brandy and you are coming along on the ride (too bad I can only share the pictures and not the smell as I embark on this venture :) )

Millions of peaches

It is harvest time or rapidly coming up on serious harvest time. Today we took the kids, my brothers JW and myself and went to my grandpa's house and picked peaches keep in mind this is just one young tree the poor thing was so weighted down with fruit we are going to get lots of various preserves from these babies!

*Sigh* I have been looking forward to this since January but now that I am here I am exhausted already LOL Just wait until September I will be begging for harvest season to end but well for now I will say Anyone want to buy some yummy yummy peach preserves? I am for sure making the following flavors in possibly all these varieties

-Jam, Jelly, Syrup

-Peach, Peach jalapeño, Peach Raspberry
